chào mọi người ! tôi là Văn Ngọc Tú. TRong asean games 2014 vừa qua, tôi rất vinh dự là 1 trong những vận động viên đại diện đội tuyển Việt Nam tham gia thi đấu bộ môn judo. asean games vừa qua đã để lại cho tôi nhiều tiếc nuối. như mọi người đã biết, judo là môn võ thuật của Nhật Bản được sáng lập dựa trên môn võ cổ truyền nhu thuật của Nhật Bản. "ju" có nghĩa là khéo léo, uyển chuyển; còn "do" là đạo với mục đích "lấy nhu thắng cương". Bỏ bớt những yếu tố bạo lực của nhu thuật, judo mang tinh thần thể thao nhiều hơn. môn judo không dùng binh khí mà các đòn tấn công chủ yếu là: quật ngã, đè, siết cổ và khóa tay, khóa chân. judo được ứng dụng chủ yếu vào việc tự vệ bản thân , rèn luyện sức khỏe , độ khéo léo và tinh thần. có lẽ do chưa có nhiều kinh nhiệm nên ở vòng tứ kết judo hạng cân 48 kg, tôi đã thất bại trước võ sĩ người Mông Cổ bởi đòn siết cổ khá dễ.đây là một kinh nhiệm quý báu cho những cuộc thi sau này của tôi. tôi rất xin lỗi vì đã phụ lòng tin của huấn luyện viên ,khán giả. tôi sẽ trở về cố gắng luyện tập để chuẩn bị cho asean games 2018, giành huy chương, mang vinh quang về cho tổ quốc.

Hello, everyone! I'm Van Ngoc TU. In the asean games 2014, I'm very honored to be one of the athletes represented Vietnam team competed the judo. ASEAN games recently has left me a lot of dismay. as everyone knew, judo is a Japanese martial arts founded based on traditional martial art jujutsu of Japan. "ju" means flexible, skillful; also "by" is directed with the aim of "taking the need to win". Removing the violent elements of jujutsu, judo brings more sporting spirit. judo does not use weapons that primarily attacks: excavation, overrides, strangle and lock the hand, lock the legs. Judo was the application primarily on the protection yourself, exercise, and mental dexterity. perhaps due to not yet have much experience should in the quarterfinals 48 kg weight class judo, I've failed before the Mongol martial artist by strangle blow pretty easy.
