Các Chi cục hải quan tổ chức theo dõi và thu lệ phí hải quan theo đúng các đối tượng phải thu lệ phí hải quan, số lần thu và mức thu quy định tại Thông tư 172/2010/TT-BTC ngày 02/11/2010 của Bộ Tài chính và Điều 45 Thông tư số 38/2015/TT-BTC.
Các Chi cục hải quan thực hiện điều chỉnh âm lệ phí phải thu thủ công đối với những tờ khai không thuộc đối tượng phải nộp lệ phí hải quan trên Hệ thống KTT. Cách nhập liệu bằng chức năng “2. Nhập liệuN. Quản lý lệ phí nộp sau4. Nhập chứng từ điều chỉnh lệ phí”.
