Số tiền chậm trả ngoài thời gian đã

Số tiền chậm trả ngoài thời gian đã quy định, phải chịu lãi theo mức lãi suất cho vay của ngân hàng trong cùng thời điểm. Nếu việc chậm trả kéo dài hơn 3 tháng thì bên B phải chịu thêm lãi suất quá hạn của ngân hàng cho số tiền chậm trả và thời gian vượt quá 3 tháng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Slow amount paid beyond the time specified, must bear the interest rate under the loan interest rate of the Bank in the same time. If the delay lasts more than 3 months shall pay party B suffered more overdue interest of the Bank for the amount paid and time delay exceeds 3 months.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Unpaid amount beyond the prescribed time, bear interest at the interest rate of bank loans during the same period. If the delay lasts longer than three months, Party B shall bear overdue interest rate of the bank for the unpaid amount and duration exceeded three months.
