Lập kế hoạch hoạt động, tổ chức hoạt động, điều khiển, quản lý giám sát kiểm tra và xử lý thông tin kịp thời
Quản lý nhân sự của phòng: Xây dựng kế hoạch nhân sự của phòng; phân công, điều phối, hướng dẫn, kiểm tra công việc các nhân viên trong phòng
Tham gia công tác tuyển dụng, đào tạo, trực tiếp thực hiện đánh giá, khuyến khích, động viên, đề nghị khen thưởng, kỷ luật kịp thời.
