Sáng ngày 24/01/2015, Ban điều hành Gami Group đã tổ chức Hội nghị chiến lược S123 năm 2015 tại tầng 7, 11 Phạm Hùng, Hà Nội. Hội nghị đã tổng kết hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2014 và đề ra những chỉ tiêu, cam kết trong năm 2015. Phát biểu tại Hội nghị, Chủ tịch điều hành Gami Group Nguyễn Tiến Dzũng nhấn mạnh năm 2015 cần phải xây dựng văn hóa kỉ luật từ lãnh đạo cho đến tập thể nhân viên, nghiêm khắc loại bỏ thói quen xấu làm trì trệ bộ máy công ty.
