Ban QLTC sẽ lập thư đề nghị ngân hàng thực hiện thu hộ cho Natcom, đồng thời lập danh sách khách hàng cần thu lên hệ thống ngân hàng, kèm theo chứng từ đã được hoàn thiện chuyển qua ngân hàng theo hình thức Ủy nhiệm thu (Chứng từ bao gồm có xác nhận của TP Tài Chính, TGĐ Natcom)
