Sự nghiệp giáo dục của nước ta đang trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển nhằm bắt kịp xu thế giáo dục của các nước trong khu vực và trên thế giới, vì vậy việc học tập đi đôi với thực hành là một biện pháp hiệu quả đúng đắn đã và đang được áp dụng tại các trường đại học của Việt Nam, không những trong các ngành kỹ thuật mà cả trong cacsnganhf kinh tế xã hội khác. Đối với sinh viên các ngành kinh tế thì việc tổ chức các đợt thực tập tại các công ty,nhà máy, xí nghiệp…. là một việc rất cần thiết giúp sinh viên tiếp cận, tìm hiểu và làm quen với môi trường làm việc thực tế từ đó vận dụng các kiến thức đã học tập được ở nhà trường vào điều kiện làm việc thực tế một cách linh hoạt sáng tạo.
Được sự hướng dẫn nhiệt tình của thầy giáo Phạm Văn Hạnh cùng sự giúp đỡ của các cán bộ công nhân viên Công ty Cổ Phần CKP. Em đã có gần 3 tháng thực tập tại công ty, trong thời gian đó em đã có cái nhìn đầy đủ và toàn diên hơn về vai trò và tầm quan trọng của quản trị trong doanh nghiệp đông thời vận dụng một cách cụ thể hơn những kiến thức đã học vào trong điều kiện thực hiện tế.
Do trình độ của em có hạn nên không tránh được những sai sót trong bản báo cáo này, em rất mong nhận được sự chỉ bảo đóng góp của thầy cô, anh chị trong công ty. Em xin chân thành cảm ơn!
