Trong trường hợp Bên B không hoàn thành việc thi công và khai trương Premise đúng quy định tại Điều này thì Bên A có thể yêu cầu Bên B phải trả thêm một khoản tiền thuê bổ sung kể từ Commencement Date đến ngày Bên B thực tế khai trương Premise là …..
