Chứng từ xác nhận hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế” để xác nhận hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế với Hệ thống VNACCS, không sử dụng chức năng RCC trên Hệ thống VNACCS. Chức năng J có thể sử dụng nhiều lần cho đến khi thông tin chuyển sang Hệ thống VNACCS.
