Trường Đại học Y khoa Vinh có trách nhiệm gửi báo cáo hàng năm về sự tiến bộ của người học theo khung năng lực Bộ Y tế ban hành, những khó khăn, bất cập cũng như các sản phẩm mang tính giải pháp cụ thể để khắc phục khi thực hiện đào tạo tích hợp cũng như đào tạo dựa trên năng lực. Các cấp gửi báo cáo và quy trình phân cấp xử lý sẽ do trường đại học y khoa Vinh đề xuất và thực hiện ở các cấp của dự án về cả chuyên môn lẫn quản trị.
