• Khuyến khích các ngân hàng mở rộng hoạt động thẻ đồng thời có biện pháp xử phạt nghiêm khắc đối với những vi phạm quy chế hoạt động thẻ.
• Cải thiện chính sách ngoại hối đối với loại thẻ tín dụng quốc tế thì việc quy định rất cần thiết nhằm quản lý tốt việc sử dụng thẻ của khách hàng, tránh việc lợi dụng thẻ để chuyển ngoại tệ nhưng phải tạo điều kiện cho phát hành thẻ của ngân hàng.
