- Cho mỗi giai đoạn thực hiện, Chủ đầu tư phát hành biên bản nghiệm thu hồ sơ thiết kế (ký bởi Chủ đầu tư và Tư vấn thiết kế chính), Tư vấn thiết kế chính sẽ ký biên bản nghiệm thu và bàn giao cho hồ sơ thiết kế của Tư vấn thiết kế phụ. Dựa trên biên bản này, Tư vấn thiết kế phụ sẽ gửi bản Đề nghị thanh toán cho Tư vấn thiết kế chính. Trong vòng từ 15 đến 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được Đề nghị thanh toán Tư vấn thiết kế chính sẽ chuyển tiền thanh toán cho Tư vấn thiết kế phụ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-For each phase of implementation, the owner issued summary trials "profile design (signed by the owner and principal design consultant), the main design consultant will sign the minutes and handed over to the design of the profile design consultants. Based on this record, extra design consultants will submit a proposal for payment of the principal design consultant. Within 15 to 30 days from the date of the payment proposal the main design consultant will transfer the money paid for extra design consultancy.

- For each implementation stage, Investor release test records design documents (signed by the Owner and chief designer Consulting), the Design Consultant will sign the record for commissioning and handover Profile design design consultancy side. Based on this record, design consultancy side will send a request for payment to the Consultant Designer. Within 15 to 30 days after receiving payment proposal, the Design Consultant will remit payment for design consultancy side.
