IMPLEMENTATIONThe implementation process of the education development strategy 2009-2020 is divided into three stages:Stage 1 (2009-2010)-Adjust some targets and continue to implement education development strategy 2001-2010.-Focus on some important points: speeding the movement of innovative teaching methods; correct the background and outline of the century education activities for building healthy educational environment, radical administrative reform in the system of educational management from the central to local levels.
