1.1. Bên B thực hiện Dịch vụ quảng cáo cho Bên A với chuỗi sự kiện diễn ra tại Nhật Bản có tên gọi “Chương trình quảng bá thương hiệu & sản phẩm mới của Toyota”. Theo đó, các công việc trong Dịch vụ quảng cáo mà Bên B cung cấp cho Bên A bao gồm xây dựng, phát triển và thực hiện toàn bộ kế hoạch nhằm đáp ứng các mục tiêu của toàn chương trình, cụ thể:
(i) Tư vấn, lên kế hoạch cho các hoạt động trải nghiệm và tham gia lái thử sản phẩm xe mới tại Nhật Bản của Toyota dành cho hệ thống đại lý tại Việt Nam
(ii) Thực hiện công tác quản lý, hướng dẫn, tổ chức cho toàn bộ Chương Trình, được diễn ra từ ngày 08/06/2016 đến hết ngày 14/06/2016;
(iii) Bên B tiến hành chụp hình, quay video toàn bộ chuyến đi để làm tư liệu quảng cáo, đồng thời đưa tin bài về chuyến đi;
(iv) Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động liên quan đến việc test xe & điều hành, giám sát tiến độ các hoạt động, các hoạt động của Bên C nhằm đảm bảo cho chương trình quảng bá ở trên được thực hiện đúng theo yêu cầu mà các bên đã thống nhất;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

1.1. Party B to perform services ad for A Party with the chain of events in Japan called "promotion & brand new Toyota's products". Accordingly, the work in which advertising services B gives A Party including construction, development and implementation of the entire plan in order to meet the objectives of the programme, in particular:(i) consulting, planning for activities to experience and participate in test drive new cars products in Japan for Toyota's dealer network in Vietnam (ii) the implementation of the management, guidance, organized for the entire program, to be held from September 8, 2016 to June 14, 2016;(iii) Side B conducted shooting, shooting video the entire trip to the advertising material, at the same time bringing the news articles about the trip;(iv) be responsible for all activities related to the test vehicle & operator, monitoring the progress of the activity, the activity of C to ensure Parties for promotion above is done according to the requirements that the parties agreed;

1.1. Party B performed advertising services for Party A with a series of events taking place in Japan is called "branding program & new product of the Toyota". Accordingly, the work in the advertising services provided by Party B to Party A, including construction, development and implementation of the entire plan to meet the goals of the whole program, namely:
(i) consulting, planning activities and participation experience test drive a new car products in Japan for Toyota's dealer system in Vietnam
(ii) Implementation of the management, guidance, organization for the entire program, which was held on 06/08/2016 to end on 06/14/2016;
(iii) Party B to conduct shooting, video recording whole trip to advertising material, simultaneously reporting on trips;
(iv) responsible for all activities related to the car & operating test, monitoring the progress of the activities, the activities of Party C to ensure that promotions in was conducted in accordance with requirements that the parties have agreed;
