Công ty chỉ trả cổ tức cho cổ đông khi Công ty kinh doanh có lãi, đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ nộp thuế theo quy định của pháp luật và ngay khi trả hết số cổ tức đã định, Công ty vãn thanh toán đủ các khoản nợ và các nghĩa vụ tài sản khác đến hạn phải trả, đồng thời vẫn đảm bảo đủ vốn hoạt động cho Công ty.
