The findings of this study showed that the significant barriers in the Indian industry is: "no benchmarking of the other practices of the company" and "employees are resistant to change." Factor analysis of 21 potential barriers to total implementation of quality management are disclosed in the following basic structure: lack of customer orientation, lack of planning in terms of quality, the lack of participation of total , lack of management commitment, and lack of resources. These findings are based on empirical research will be a solution to the difficulty of managers when implementing effective quality management of their industries.
