 Cuối mỗi ngày nhân viên chuyên quản của phòng tài chính sẽ thực hiện kiểm tra phân loại những khách hàng đã nộp tiền, và khách hàng chưa nộp tiền (ngân hàng chưa thực hiện trừ tiền của khách hàng để chuyển vào TK cho MVT). Xác nhận lại với ngân hàng để biết trạng thái chủ tài khoản, nếu trạng thái tài khoản không có tiền thì sẽ chuyển danh sách cho P. QLTC thông báo cho khách hàng khách hàng nộp tiền vào tài khoản để thanh toán theo cam kết
