Làm ướt cơ thể, lấy một lượng sữa tắm vừa đủ thoa đều lên toàn thân và massage nhẹ nhàng từ 8-10 phút. Sau đó xả lại với nước sạch. Trắng da rõ rệt chỉ sau 1-2 tuần sử dụng. Sử dụng hằng ngày thay sữa tắm thông thường.
