- Thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn toàn bộ tiền cước phí và dịch vụ phí cho bên B.- Cung cấp những chứng từ cần thiết để bên B tiến hành làm thủ tục.- Chịu trách nhiệm về mặt pháp lý đối với việc xuất / nhập khẩu hàng hóa và tính chính xác của những chứng từ liên quan.- Đảm bảo an toàn cho nhân viên và những người thuộc sự quản lý của bên B khi đến liên hệ công tác tại cơ sở của bên A.- Đối với những chi phí trả hộ phát sinh, Bên B sẽ thay mặt cho bên A, trả hộ các chi phí này và bên A có trách nhiệm hoàn trả lại bằng tiền mặt các chi phí đó cho bên B.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Ensure safety for employees and those under party B's management when visiting the business contact at the facility of party A.
-For the costs arising, party B shall be on behalf of party A, return of these costs and party A shall be liable to refund in cash such expenses to party B.
