RELIGIOUS BELIEF
Finland is one of the countries with the rate of the population of Europe's largest religion. Approximately 74% of the population belonging to the Lutheran Church, and 2% belong to other Christian branches, or other religious communities. Approximately 23.5% of the population does not follow any religion. Finns are not too seriously, regardless of religion.
Religion does not play a really important role in the daily life of Finns. However, not so that the church, the clergy, and religious views personal rights are not respected. The role of the church in the life in Finland is shown more clearly in annual events such as Christmas, Easter, and in the important events in the family, such as baptism, the ceremony faithfully, weddings, and funerals.
