Quy trình tuyển dụngQuy trình tuyển dụng tại tập đoàn FPT được phân chia thành 2 quy trình: quy trình tuyển dụng cán bộ nhân viên và quy trình tuyển dụng cán bộ cấp cao. Về cơ bản cả 2 quy trình này đều giống nhau nhưng do đặc thù của mỗi loại hình nên mỗi quy trình sẽ có những điểm riêngQuy trình tuyển dụng cán bộ nhân viên:Trước khi thực hiện việc tuyển dụng nhân viên, trưởng phòng của các bộ phận chứcnăng của tập đoàn FPT đề xuất nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhân sự cho bộ phận của mình. Sau đó nhân viên phụ trách tuyển dụng sẽ tổng hợp nhu cầu tuyển dụng và trình lêncho giám đốc nhân sự. Giám đốc nhân sự sẽ lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng và trình lên cho tổng giám đốc phê duyệt. Nếu được sự đồng ý của tổng giám đốc nhân viên phụtrách tuyển dụng sẽ thông báo kế hoạch và chỉ tiêu nhân sự cho các đơn vị/ phòng ban chức năng. Sau quá trình phê duyệt các kế hoạch thực hiên quý nhân viên phụ trách tuyển dụng, giám đốc các bộ phận, giám đốc nhân sự sẽ bắt đầu thực hiện quá trình tuyển dụng.
