Phân đoạn công tác chuẩn bị báo cáo dự án đầu tư và cụ thể hóa bằng thời gian góp ý của chủ đầu tư/PMB, thông thường việc trả lời văn bản góp ý về sản phẩm báo cáo dự án đầu tư của Chủ đầu tư/PMB áp dụng trong 15 ngày kể từ khi nhận đủ hồ sơ, ngoài ra theo yêu cầu deadline đối với các nội dung đặc thù. Tuy nhiên, quan hệ A và B vẫn theo lối mòn, việc này ảnh hưởng và gây ra nhũng nhiễu và phát sinh thời gian và những chi phí không lường trước. Tổng Công ty cần có chính sách thưởng/phạt rõ ràng để nâng cao trách nhiệm đối với chủ đầu tư.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
