- Chủ hàng mang biên lai nộp phí, 3 bản D/O cùng Invoice và Packing List đến văn phòng quản lý tàu tại cảng để ký xác nhận D/O và tìm vị trí hàng, tại đây lưu 1 bản D/O;
- Chủ hàng mang 2 bản D/O còn lại đến bộ phận kho vận để làm phiếu xuất kho. Bộ phận này giữ một D/O và làm hai phiếu xuất kho cho chủ hàng;
- Chủ hàng làm thủ tục hải quan
Sau khi hải quan xác nhận hoàn thành thủ tục hải quan chủ hàng có thể mang ra khỏi cảng và chở hàng về kho riêng.
