Công ty TNHH TM-DV Tân Hiệp Phát được thành lập từnăm 1994 với tiền thân là nhà máy bia và nước giải khát Bến Thành, có chức năng sản xuất, kinh doanh sản xuất rượu bia, nước giải khát.

Cơ sở hạ tầng: diện tích xây dựng: văn phòng (6.037 m2), nhà máy (77.511 m2), kho (45.552 m2) với các thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất và kiểm soát hệ thống quản lý môi trường. Trụ sở chính tọa lạc tại huyện Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương, có quy mô nhà máy sản xuất rộng hơn 110.000 m2, với các thiết bị, dây chuyền công nghệ nghiên cứu và sản xuất hiện
