Khi có nhu cầu lắp đặt các máy móc, thiết bị phục vụ cho hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, bên B phải tuân thủ các quy định về kỹ thuật để đảm bảo an toàn lao động cũng như an toàn cho tất cả các tài sản của bên A và thông báo cho bên A biết trước 01 ngày trước khi thực hiện.

When in need of installation of machinery and equipment in service of production and business activities, Party B must comply with the technical regulations to ensure the safety of workers as well as the safety of all assets party A and party A notice 01 days in advance before implementation.
