Các Bên đồng ý cam kết và đảm bảo rằng các Bên có đầy đủ năng lực và thẩm quyền ký kết Hợp Đồng này; thực thi nhiệm vụ và nghĩa vụ phù hợp với các quy định tại Hợp Đồng này. Các Bên cam kết và đảm bảo rằng đại diện hợp pháp của các Bên có đầy đủ năng lực và thẩm quyền đại diện cho các Bên thực thi Hợp Đồng này. Trên cơ sở yêu cầu của một Bên, Bên này sẽ cung cấp cho Bên kia các giấy tờ hợp lệ để chứng minh Bên này có đầy đủ năng lực và thẩm quyền thực thi Hợp Đồng
