Điều 94. Đánh giá an ninh hệ thống trung hạn
1. Hàng năm, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải công bố thông tin đánh giá an ninh hệ thống trung hạn hai (02) năm tiếp theo.
2. Hàng quý, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm công bố lại đánh giá an ninh hệ thống ngắn hạn mười hai (12) tháng tới.
3. Hàng tuần, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm cập nhật và công bố đánh giá an ninh hệ thống ngắn hạn cho tám (08) tuần tiếp theo kể từ tuần công bố.
