These fish have thick fleshy part and make the most appropriate choice for the barbecue. Fish with high oil content, such as salmon, tuna and halibut are suitable for baking. For small fish, body piece, less meat, wrapping them in foil need for baking easier. Using foil for grilled fish:
+ Cut foil just enough width for the entire package needs to grilled fish.
+ For fish in foil. In the center of the foil, you add cooking oil, herbs, lemon, onion, garlic and spices to your liking for marinated grilled fish.
+ Wrap foil. Note tightly folded edge to the water drainage from fish meat is not flowing out during baking.
+ Place the fish on the grill and grill between within five to seven minutes on both sides.
