6. Khi cần thay đổi thiết kế phải báo cáo và chờ quyết định của cơ quan cấp giấy phép xây dựng.
7. Trong thời hạn 12 tháng sau khi xây dựng hoàn thành, chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu xây dựng, tư vấn thiết kế tổ chức lập biên bản nhiệm thu hoàn thành công trình xây dựng. Giấy phép xây dựng kèm theo biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn thành công trình xây dựng mới có giá trị đăng ký quyền sở hữu công trình.
