Dear Mr Yang,

Theo thư ngày 02/09/2016 của ông, chúng tôi rất cám ơn ông đã tạo điều kiện và lên kế hoạch thực hiện để đạt độc quyền sản phẩm và thương hiệu tại Việt Nam. Nhưng đối với chúng tôi, kế hoạch này không khả thi và khó thực hiện được với những mốc thời gian mà ông đưa ra vì những lí do sau đây:
1. Đối tác cần phải mất bốn đến sáu tháng để xây dựng nhà xuởng mới, sau đó họ mới có thể triển khai mua máy.
2. Đối tác cần có thời gian thử nghiệm, Đánh giá với công nghệ mới này để cùng xây dựng thương hiệu và sản phẩm Bioway.

Vì những lí do trên nên chúng tôi đề xuất kế hoạch như sau:
1. Ký hợp đồng trước ngày 15/09 và đặt mua máy đầu tiên trước ngày 31/12/2016.
2. Đặt mua máy 25 tấn hay 50 tấn trước ngày 31/12/2017
3. Đặt mua máy 25 tấn hay 50 tấn trước ngày 31/12/2018.

Rất mong nhận được sự hỗ trợ từ ông.
