Bộ trưởng Tran hong ha đã chỉ đạo thành lập đoàn thanh tra việc chấp hành pháp luật bảo vệ môi trường đối với công ty này. Theo đó, bộ tài nguyên và môi trường quyết định thanh tra từ giai đoạn dự án đầu tư được cơ quan có thẩm quyên phê duyệt, báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường, cấp giấy chứng nhận đầu tư, giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh đến thời điểm thanh tra. Việc thanh tra nêu trên là đột xuất với thời hạn thanh tra 45 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày công bố quyết định thanh tra.
