Trong bối cảnh xu thế khu vực hoá, quốc tế hoá, hội nhập kinh tế vẫn đang tiếp tục diễn ra, quan hệ kinh tế – thương mại nói chung và quan hệ đầu tư Việt Nam – Trung Quốc nói riêng vẫn khẳng định được vị trí của mình trên trường quốc tế. Cả hai nước đều đã tham gia vào Tổ chức Thương mại Thế giới WTO, Khu vực mậu dịch tự do ACFTA đã được hình thành…đã trở thành những yếu tố có tác động tích cực đến việc phát triển hơn nữa mối quan hệ truyền thống tốt đẹp giữa hai nước, khi đó thị trường của cả hai nước sẽ nâng cao trình độ hội nhập vào thị trường quốc tế và khu vực. Với những tiềm năng vốn có và những nỗ lực, cố gắng của cả hai nước, cơ hội mới cho sự phát triển quan hệ hợp tác đầu tư giữa hai nước luôn luôn rộng mở. Và hy vọng rằng đó không chỉ là đầu tư một chiều mà sẽ là sự “song hành”của doanh nghiệp cả hai nước, góp phần đưa nền kinh tế hai nước tiến nhanh, tiến xa và tiến vững chắc hơn nữa.
