1. Như bạn đã biết, cho đến ngày hôm nay tôi vẫn không thể đăng nhập vào tài khoản của mình để có thể thêm secondary card nhằm thanh toán với Google Cloud Platform.

2. Chúng tôi đang gặp phải một vấn đề mới phát sinh đó là Server có thiết bị lưu trữ SSD dung lượng 3TB chúng tôi đã kết thúc (đóng lại) vào tháng 11 năm 2015 nhưng trong phần Billing được gửi về Mail của tôi vẫn yêu cầu phải thanh toán cho Server đó. Mong bạn kiểm tra lại và hồi âm giúp tôi vì đó là một số tiền quá lớn đối với Startup. Tôi rất mong sớm được quản lý và kiểm soát tài khoản của mình.

3. Cuối cùng, điều tôi muốn hỏi là các bạn có đội hỗ trợ khách hàng hoặc đối tác nào ở Việt Nam để chúng tôi có thể thuận tiện trong việc liên lạc không?

Tôi có đính kèm 1 Billing của Google Storage vẫn thanh toán hàng tháng bình thường bằng chính thông tin thanh toán và tài khoản này tài khoản mà Google Cloud Platform từ chối thanh toán.
