Developing banking services based on information technology-e-banking-is the inevitable trend, bringing objectivity, in the era of international economic integration. That's why banks are already has new services through the phone banking service-phone banking, automated teller services-ATM, interbank payment service, service mobile banking, home banking ... Benefit of this service is great for customers, banks and the economy, thanks to the utility, the quick, accurate transactions. Grasp the importance of this service, in 2003 the joint stock commercial bank Asia has in turn deploy and go on to provide internet banking, phone banking, mobile banking and most recently the home banking services to the customers.
