KẾT LUẬN

Trên con đường hội nhập nền kinh tế thế giới, mỗi tổ chức, doanh nghiệp hay mỗi quốc gia đều phải có chính sách thích hợp để tạo ra những thương hiệu riêng và có được chỗ đứng trên thị trường đầy biến động. Quản lý chất lượng được coi là một biện pháp thiết thực nhằm đẩy mạnh thương mại hoá toàn cầu, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của tổ chức, doanh nghiệp cũng như sức cạnh tranh của nền kinh tế mỗi nước.
Khi nền kinh tế càng phát triển thì cạnh tranh bằng chất lượng sản phẩm càng trở thành tất yếu. Nâng cao hiệu quả của công tác quản lý chất lượng sẽ tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
Hoang Van Thu Paper Joint Stock Company là một trong nhiều công ty Việt Nam đã thực hiện áp dụng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2000 và xây dựng được cho mình một thương hiệu riêng. Tuy nhiên, Công ty vẫn luôn phải đổi mới và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng để tăng tính cạnh tranh cho sản phẩm của mình, đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng cao của khách hàng.
• Bài viết đã đưa ra một số phương hướng và giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của Công ty, hy vọng rằng Hoang Van Thu Paper Joint Stock Company sẽ có những bước tiến mới để tiếp tục phát triển.
