Đặc biệt là vị trí siêu gần, mua sắm, ăn uống tham quan đều thuận tiện nên được du khách trong và ngoài nước chọn nhiều. Giá của khách sạn này rất tốt, vào khoảng $15 – $24.
 Hải Âu Hotel (576 Đường Cửa Đại), cũng có vị trí rất đẹp, khách sạn này được yêu thích bởi nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Có bể bơi ngoài trời, bồn tắm nước nóng, quán cafe, đồ ăn được đánh giá là ngon, đa dạng (miễn phí bữa sáng). Mức giá thấp nhất cũng rất hợp lý chỉ $25.
