Trường hợp có tranh chấp phát sinh,

Trường hợp có tranh chấp phát sinh, các bên giải quyết bằng thương lượng, hoà giải. Trường hợp không thể thương lượng, hoà giải được tranh chấp được giải quyết tại Toà án nhân dân có thẩm quyền. Phán quyết của Toà án có hiệu lực là bắt buộc các bên phải thực hiện. Mọi chi phí phát sinh do việc giải quyết tranh chấp do bên thua kiện chịu.
