2. Phối hợp với bộ phận QA để đảm bảo các điểm không phù hợp được khắc phục.

3 .Triển khai và giám sát hoạt động nhập xuất. Sắp xếp bố trí nguồn lực lao động trong bộ phận kho hàng,

đảm bảo việc nhập, xuất hàng hóa đúng theo kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty.

4. Phối hợp triển khai việc phân loại hàng hóa đúng khu vực, theo tiêu chuẩn của sản phẩm.

5. Sắp xếp và bảo quản hàng hóa dễ tìm, dễ thấy, dễ lấy, dễ kiểm tra theo quy định.

6. Kiểm soát hàng hóa tồn kho để đảm bảo tính chính xác.

7. Ký xem xét & xác nhận các chi phí liên quan đến bộ phận kho hàng trước khi chuyển giám đốc kho duyệt.

8. Kiểm tra và giám sát việc thực hiện Nội quy lao động, các quy định, quy chế của Công ty tại bộ phận

kho hàng.

9. Xây dựng và liên tục cải tiến hoạt động của bộ phận kho hàng theo hướng chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả.

10. Hỗ trợ quản lý và bảo quản hàng hóa, cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật được trang bị cho Kho hàng. Tổ chức thực hiện việc quản lý và sử dụng tài sản, trang thiết bị của Công ty như: Xe nâng, thiết bị văn phòng, thiết bị thông tin liên lạc, điện, điện thoại…

11. Hỗ trợ quản lý, theo dõi số lượng, chất lượng kho bãi. Theo dõi việc triển khai thực hiện sửa chữa

các

hạng mục có liên quan đến kho bãi.

12 .Đôn đốc, kiểm tra việc thực hiện các chế độ an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động và PCCC

13. Kiểm tra và xử lý những điểm không phù hợp trong quá trình hoạt động (hàng chưa soạn, hàng bị

lỗi,

côn trùng, mối mọt,…)

14 . Đề ra mục tiêu chất lượng của bộ phận kho hàng và triển khai thực hiện. Xác định các cơ hội cải tiến nhằm khai thác tối đa các nguồn lực, tiết kiệm chi phí, bảo toàn chất lượng sản phẩm trong quá trình xếp dỡ, bảo quản lưu kho.

15. Hỗ trợ tổng hợp và báo cáo cho Ban Giám đốc về tình hình và chi phí họat động và các vấn đề liên quan đến công tác của bộ phận kho hàng.
