Bên B sẽ, ngay khi được Bên A yêu cầu, cung cấp đầy đủ tài sản bảo đảm bổ sung dưới hình thức thế chấp, cầm cố hoặc bảo lãnh của bên thứ ba nếu có bất kì sự kiện nào xảy ra mà sự kiện đó theo ý kiến của Bên A là làm thiếu hụt giá trị tài sản thế chấp và/ hoặc có thể ảnh hưởng đến quyền của Bên A đối với tài sản thế chấp
