Luật Doanh nghiệp số 68/2014/QH13 đ

Luật Doanh nghiệp số 68/2014/QH13 được Quốc hội Nước Cộng Hòa Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa XIII, kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua ngày 26 tháng 11 năm 2014 và có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 7 năm 2015 sẽ thay thế cho Luật Doanh nghiệp số 60/2005/QH11 ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2005 và Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều 170 của Luật Doanh nghiệp số 37/2013/QH13 ngày 20 tháng 6 năm 2013.
So với Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2005, Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2014 có 10 Chương, 213 Điều, tăng 41 Điều. Trong đó Chương IV quy định về Doanh nghiệp nhà nước với 22 Điều và Điều 10 quy định về tiêu chí, quyền và nghĩa vụ của doanh nghiệp xã hội là những nội dung mới hoàn toàn.
Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2014 vừa tiếp tục kế thừa, luật hóa những quy định còn phù hợp đã và đang đi vào cuộc sống của Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2005, nhưng đồng thời đã sửa đổi, bổ sung nhiều quy định mới nhằm tháo gỡ những hạn chế, bất cập của Luật cũ, tiếp tục tạo lập môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh thuận lợi, phù hợp với thông lệ quốc tế. Theo đó, Luật Doanh nghiệp năm 2014 có một số đổi mới cơ bản, cụ thể như sau:
