Điều 36. Nguyên tắc quản lý rủi ro
1. Khoản vay, khoản phát hành trái phiếu được Chính phủ bảo lãnh được Bộ Tài chính phân loại nợ định kỳ và tổng hợp vào bảng phân loại nợ thuộc chương trình quản lý rủi ro về nợ công.
2. Người được bảo lãnh có các khoản nợ được Chính phủ bảo lãnh hoặc nợ Quỹ Tích lũy trả nợ thuộc nhóm 4, 5 (nợ nghi ngờ, nợ có khả năng mất vốn) trong bảng phân loại nợ phải chịu sự giám sát tài chính của Bộ Tài chính đối với dòng tiền hàng tháng của doanh nghiệp.

Article 36 Principles of risk management
1. The loan, bond issue amounts are guaranteed by the Government by the Ministry of Finance classification periodic and aggregate debt on debt classification under the risk management programs on public debts.
2. The guaranteed loans have been guaranteed by the Government or cumulative debt repayment fund of group 4, 5 (Doubtful, irrecoverable debt) in classification of liabilities subject to financial monitoring of Ministry of Finance on a monthly cash flow of the business.
