Các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam cũng đã tận dụng tốt thời gian này để học hỏi từ các chuyên gia Phần Lan, và chia sẻ với nhau những khó khăn vướng mắc trong hoạt động xuất nhập khảu. Nhiều doanh nghiệp trong vùng đã liên kết, phối hợp với nhau để tăng nguồn lực cơ bản
