8.1. Đối chiếu công nợ: Định kỳ hằn

8.1. Đối chiếu công nợ: Định kỳ hằng tháng, vào ngày làm việc đầu tiên của tháng, Bên A và Bên B thực hiện đối chiếu công nợ của tháng trước liền kề theo mẫu biểu do Bên A quy định. Số liệu đối chiếu trong tháng từ 0h00’ ngày 01 đến 24h00’ ngày cuối tháng.
8.2. Nội dung đối chiếu: DTBV trong tháng; thù lao; số tiền Bên B đã nộp hoặc rút từ HMBH; số tiền Bên B đã trả cho người trúng thưởng; phí; số tiền thuế Thu nhập cá nhân (nếu có) do Bên B đã khấu trừ của khách hàng trúng thưởng.
8.3. Thanh quyết toán công nợ: Sau khi hoàn thành việc đối chiếu công nợ và Bên B xuất hoá đơn giá trị gia tăng hợp lệ (nếu có) đối với thù lao được nhận từ Bên A.
8.4. Việc thanh toán công nợ giữa Bên A và Bên B thực hiện theo hai (02) hình thức là điều chỉnh HMBH và/hoặc chuyển vào tài khoản của các Bên.
8.5. Phương thức thanh toán:
a) Đồng tiền thanh toán: Đồng Việt Nam.
b) Khi Bên B thanh toán các loại phí được quy định theo Hợp Đồng cho Bên A bằng hình thức chuyển khoản thì thông tin về đơn vị thụ hưởng như sau:

8.6. Trường hợp Bên B thanh toán chậm so với tiến độ theo quy định tại Hợp Đồng, Bên A có quyền yêu cầu Bên B trả tiền lãi trên số tiền chậm trả đó với mức lãi suất là 1.5%/tháng.
8.7. Thời hạn thanh toán được quy định tại các Điều khoản liên quan trong Hợp Đồng.

9. NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN A
9.1. Thực hiện theo đúng quy định Hợp Đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

9.1. Follow prescribed Agreement.
