Mọi người cứ nghĩ là để trở thành một nhà lãnh đạo xuất sắc thì phải trải qua một quá trình tìm tòi và dày công nghiên cứu với những chính sách xã hội. Nhưng theo cá nhân tôi, điều đó chỉ đúng một nửa . Thật ra,khả năng lãnh đạo luôn tìm ẩn trong mỗi con người chúng ta , chỉ là ta chưa nhận thức được điều đó thôi . Những người lãnh đạo quyền lực cũng giống như bao con người khác nhưng tại sao, họ lại có thể làm được những điều vĩ đại đến thế? Bởi vì bản thân họ không hoàn thiện. - Họ biết biến giấc mơ thành hiện thực:
- Họ dám sai lầm
- Họ là người khuyến khích những phản hồi trung thực.
- Họ khích lệ sự bất đồng ý kiến từ người khác.
- Họ có tư chất của một người đoạt giải Nobel: lạc quan, niềm tin và hy vọng.
- Họ nắm rõ hiệu ứng Pygmalion trong quản lý.
- Họ có tố chất Gretzky, một khả năng “cảm nhận”.
- Họ có cái nhìn dài hạn.
- Họ nắm vai trò cân bằng các yếu tố.
- Họ là người tạo ra sự hợp tác và cộng tác chiến lược.
Eric Hoffer từng nói rằng : “Trong thời đại đầy những thay đổi, người nào chủ động học hỏi sẽ làm chủ tương lai.” Đó chính cách mà mỗi vị lãnh tụ trải qua và tôi luyện để có được ngày hôm nay
