Quay lại vấn đề chính mà cả 2 công ty đều gặp phải là các chỉ số quá cao mà chúng tôi đã nêu ở phần trên . So với các tập đoàn lớn cùng ngành như ( Việt Đức , Thái Nguyên ,Hòa phát ….) chỉ số DSI của họ hầu như trên 40 ngày ,trong khi của Tien Luc ,cao nhất là năm 2012 cũng chỉ có 18.32 ngày. Rõ ràng nếu gặp những trường hợp bất ngờ thì công ty không thể đủ số lượng hàng hóa để cung cấp cho khách hàng đây chính dẫn đến mất thị phần và lợi nhuận của công ty

Their index DSI almost over 40 days, while the Tien Luc, the highest is 2012 days also only 18:32. Obviously if you encounter any unforeseen circumstances, the company can not in sufficient quantities to supply goods to the customers here leading to loss of market share and profitability of the company
