Thu gom toàn bộ lượng nước thải sinh hoạt phát sinh từ sinh hoạt của các hộ dân và thương mại dịch vụ.
- Đầu tư xây dựng HTXLNT công suất 705 m3/ngày đêm tại tầng hầm 2 có diện tích 225 m2 (15m x 15m).
- Nước thải sau xử lý đạt QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT, Cột B trước khi đấu nối vào mạng lưới thoát nước của thành phố trên đường D6 dẫn vào đường Nguyễn Tất Thành.
- Bố trí 02 thùng rác hợp vệ sinh (màu xanh và màu xám) tại mỗi tầng và hướng dẫn người dân phân loại CTR tại nguồn.
- Thu gom toàn bộ lượng CTR tại các tầng về khu vực tập trung CTR của khối nhà tại tầng trệt, phòng có diện tích 50 m2.
- Hướng dẫn người dân phân loại và tập trung CTRNH về khu vực tập trung CTNH của khối nhà tại tầng trệt có diện tích 10m2.
- Hợp đồng với các đơn vị có chức năng thu gom và xử lý toàn bộ chất thải phát sinh.
