BÊN A
- Tạo mọi điều kiện thuận lợi để bên B giao thiết bị đúng thời hạn như qui định trong hợp đồng này.
- Cử cán bộ cùng bên B kiểm tra số lượng, qui cách, chất lượng của thiết bị bàn giao, phối hợp với bên B giải quyết những trở ngại phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện (nếu có).
- Thanh toán đúng theo điều 3 của hợp đồng.
- Hợp đồng sẽ tự động thanh lý khi hai Bên hoàn thành nghĩa vụ trong hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

PARTY A-Create all favorable conditions to party B equipment delivered on time as stipulated in this contract.-Election of officers along side B to check the quantity, size, quality of equipment delivered, in collaboration with the B resolving obstacles arise in the implementation process (if any).-Payment in accordance with article 3 of the agreement.-The contract is automatically liquidated when the two Sides fulfill the obligation in the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

A PARTY
- Creating favorable conditions for the communication device B on time as stipulated in the contract.
- Bachelor Party B staff and check the quantity, specification, quality of equipment consoles, distribution with the B resolve the obstacles arising in the implementation process (if any).
- Payment in accordance with Article 3 of the contract.
- The contract will be automatically liquidated when the two sides completed the contract obligations .
