1. MỤC ĐÍCH
Quy định thống nhất quá trình làm thủ tục và chụp CT – Scanner, giảm bớt thủ tục hành chính, tránh gây phiền hà và giảm bớt thời gian chờ đợi cho người bệnh.
2. PHẠM VI ÁP DỤNG
Áp dụng tại khoa Chẩn đoán hình ảnh – Bệnh viện Quận Thủ Đức.
3. ĐỐI TƯỢNG THỰC HIỆN
- Phòng Tài vụ (Nhân viên thu phí);
- Khoa Chẩn đoán hình ảnh (Nhân viên phòng chụp CT – Scanner).

7.1. Khi có chỉ định thực hiện
Bác sĩ phòng khám cho người bệnh phiếu chỉ định chụp CT – Scanner.
7.2. Đóng tiền viện phí
Điều dưỡng hướng dẫn người bệnh mang phiếu chỉ định chụp CT – Scanner ra quầy thu phí cận lâm sàng để đóng tiền viện phí. Nếu người bệnh là:
- Đối tượng BHYT: Người bệnh sẽ đóng tiền chênh lệch (nếu có) và đóng mộc đã kiểm soát hoặc đã thu tiền, nhận biên lai thu phí.
- Đối tượng thu phí: Người bệnh sẽ đóng 100% tiền chi phí chụp CT – Scanner và đóng mộc đã thu tiền, nhận biên lai thu phí.
7.3. Nộp phiếu chỉ định
Người bệnh nộp phiếu chỉ định đã được đóng mộc tại nơi nộp phiếu (đặt vào rổ) trước cửa phòng chụp.
7.4. Ngồi đợi theo thứ tự
Sau khi nộp phiếu chỉ định, người bệnh ngồi ghế đợi gọi theo thứ tự vào phòng chụp.
7.5. Nhân viên gọi vào chụp theo thứ tự
Nhân viên phòng chụp CT – Scanner nhận phiếu, sắp xếp theo thứ tự và gọi tên người bệnh vào chụp.
7.6. Tiến hành chụp và đọc kết quả
Trước khi tiến hành chụp, nhân viên sẽ kiểm tra lại thông tin người bệnh để tránh nhầm lẫn và nhân viên sẽ tư vấn, hướng dẫn cho người bệnh các bước chuẩn bị, khi người bệnh và nhân viên chuẩn bị xong các thủ tục, kỹ thuật viên sẽ tiến hành chụp cho người bệnh.
Chụp xong Bác sĩ của khoa Chẩn đoán hình ảnh sẽ đọc kết quả.
Lưu ý: Trường hợp khó sẽ mời hội chẩn khoa hoặc chuyên khoa.
7.7. Đợi kết quả và nhận kết quả
Người bệnh sau khi chụp CT – Scanner xong sẽ nhận kết quả tại phòng chụp
CT – Scanner sau 30 phút. Nhân viên phòng chụp CT – Scanner hướng dẫn người bệnh trở về phòng khám đã cho chỉ định.

7.1. Khi có chỉ định
Bác sĩ phòng khám cho phiếu chỉ định chụp MRI.
