Các thành viên liên danh cam kết không thành viên nào được tự ý tham gia độc lập hoặc liên danh với bên thứ ba để tham gia đấu thầu gói thầu “Cung cấp nhân lực giám sát an toàn, an ninh cho Nhà máy Lọc Hoá Dầu Nghi Sơn”. Trong trường hợp trúng thầu, không thành viên nào được từ chối thực hiện trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ quy định trong hợp đồng trừ khi có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên còn lại và bên giao thầu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In the event the winning bid, no members would be refused to perform the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the contract unless the consent in writing of the remaining parties and the party subcontract.

In case of winning, no member can refuse to perform the responsibility and obligations stipulated in the contract except with the written consent of the other party and the principal.
