Tôi đã đi tới các khách sạn để hỏi trực tiếp quy trình đặt phòng ở đó như thế nào và ràng buộc khách hàng ra sao cho khách hàng. Tôi cũng đã làm một file văn bản quy trình đặt phòng để trình bày cho trưởng nhóm.

When I was assigned to learn the process of booking of hotels and restaurants in fact. I went to the hotel to ask directly the booking process in which the how and what customers are bound to the client. I also did a text file that the booking process to present to the group.
